When speaking of skin beauty, what many people will think first is going to the beauty salon. In fact, as long as you often eat some vegetables, it still can make your skin shiny and beautiful. According to the researches of some nutritionists, the following seven kinds of food are very effective for the skin beauty.

First, pea
According to the record of "Compendium of Materia Medica", pea has the effect of "eliminating the darkness and making the facial skin lustrous". Modern research also found out that pea is rich in provitamin A, which can changes into vitamin A in human body and play the role of moisturizing the skin.

Second, white radish
Doctors of traditional Chinese medicine believe that white radish can "bring benefits for the five internal organs and make human skin white". This function of white radish comes from its high content of vitamin C. Vitamin C is an antioxidants, which can inhibit the synthesis of melanin, prevent the oxidation of lipid and the deposition lipofuscin. As a result, often eating some white radish can make the skin white and delicate.

Third, carrot
As carrot can moisturize the skin, so it is known as a kind of "skin food". In addition, carrot contains a large number of pectin, which can combine with mercury, so as to discharge the harmful elements out of the body, making the skin look more delicate and rosy.

Fourth, asparagus
Asparagus is rich in selenium, which has an anti-aging effect and can prevent a variety of diseases related with the over oxidation of fat, so as to make the skin white and tender.

Fifth, sweet potato
Potato contains a great amount of mucoprotein and vitamin C. What's more, the content of provitamin A in sweet potato is close to that in carrot. Eating more sweet potatoes can lower the level of cholesterol and reduce the subcutaneous fat, invigorate the spleen and stomach, and protect the kidney, so it is very helpful for skin care and skin beauty.

Sixth, mushroom
Mushroom is very nutritious. It is rich in protein and vitamins, low in fat, and without any cholesterol. Appropriately eating some mushrooms will promote the secretion of estrogen of the women, and can prevent and resist aging, so as to make the skin beautiful.

Seventh, cucumber
Cucumber contains a lot of vitamins and free amino acids, as well as very abundant tartaric acid. It can clean and whiten the skin, eliminate the sunburn and freckles, and alleviate the allergy of the skin.
