With the advance of the society, science and technology, people tend to suffer from more threats to their health. Especially for men, the increasing pressure makes their health status decline day by day. According to statistics, among the ten major causes of the death for men, four causes have something to do with the diet, including cancer, cerebrovascular disease, heart disease and diabetes. The following six kinds of foods are beneficial to men's health, so it is suggested that men should eat more of them.

First, tomato
The rich content of vitamin C in tomato can integrate with effects of the cells, and create bone collagen, which can strengthen the blood vessels.

Second, soybean
Soybean contains a large number of plant hormones. So the men who often eat soybean products have lower rate of suffering from prostate cancer. What's more, soybean is also very effective to improve the loss of sclerotin for the men.

Third, foods which are rich in vitamin C
When the men reach 24 years old, the quality and quantity of their sperm will be on the declining. There is a natural medicine which can make the aging sperm become full of life again. This natural medicine is vitamin C. Fruits and vegetables which contain high content of vitamin C include kiwi fruits, oranges, green cauliflower, and asparagus.

Fourth, whole wheat bread
Vitamin B family is very important to fight against stress. Whole wheat bread is a kind of complex carbohydrate. It can release the energy slowly, and has a sedative effect, so as to eliminate the nervous emotion and make people relaxed.

Fifth, deep-sea fish
Too much pressure will also make men easily suffer from hyperlipidemia and stroke. Deep-sea fish is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, which may prevent blood clotting, reduce the contraction of blood vessel, lower the level of triglycerides, and so on. As a result, it is particularly beneficial to the cardiovascular.

Sixth, green tea
Green tea is rich in vitamin C, which is not contained in black tea. Vitamin C is an indispensable nutrient for the prevention of colds. In addition, green tea also contains high content of glutamate and aspartic acid, which can prevent aging and enhance the immunity respectively. What's more, it also has the effects of promoting the urination and eliminating the pressure.

In addition, other foods such as red wine, carrot, oyster and garlic are all very beneficial for the health of the men. As a result, they can appropriately eat more of these kinds of food.
